Features

1. Designed to automatically assemble the catheter, infusion connection, and iodophor cap for the external extension tube end of peritoneal dialysis.

2. A rotary or loop line turntable type machine that is customized based on the real capacity of the customer.
3. Every assembly procedure has detection built in to guarantee highly qualified, high-quality goods.
4. The accuracy of adding disinfectant/iodine solutions may be regulated to within 0.005 milliliters.
5. Excellent accuracy in loading sponges; one-third of the upper surface may be flat.
6. Automatically joining aluminum foil or putting together caps as a sealing option (based on client specifications).Rolls of aluminum foil can be directly welded to ready-cut foil or mechanically cut in-line.
7. Stainless steel and aluminum alloy machine built in compliance with GMP specifications.

8. The primary power comes from the servo motor and reducer, which causes sporadic motion during assembly and results in a high rate of certified product.
9. HMI with touch screen and PLC control system.
10. It may be integrated with a machine for pouch packing to create an automated manufacturing line.
